All items purchased through AutoShack.com within 30 days of invoice date that have not been installed can be returned for refund less a restock fee of 10%. Please contact the AutoShack.com Contact Center to Set up your return:
Do Not ship product to AutoShack without first contacting AutoShack for Approval. Any unauthorized returns will be declined. Declined product will be discarded.
AutoShack.com reserves the right to refuse refund on any order returned.
Return Shipping Cost:
Unless otherwise specified by our staff, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Returned Product Condition:
Any product damaged / marked / wrecked / painted during installation cannot be returned for refund. Only parts that are in a condition where they can be put back on the shelf and resold will be accepted for return. Before attempting installation of product please match and confirm parts ordered are correct. If parts are installed without confirming they are correct they cannot be refunded or returned.
Once logged into your account go to “My Account” and “Submit New Case” in the top-right menu. Once under “Submit New Case” select the appropriate “Type of inquiry”. Enter your order number from the original receipt as well as your name. Leave us details about your defect and click “Submit”.
Send an email request to [email protected] complete with “Order Number”. (To find your “Order Number” log in to your account – your active Order Numbers are listed at the bottom of the page). Please note “reason for return” including details of the product defect within body of email.
Once you have submitted your request a returns specialist will call or email you within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) followed by an approval and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipments received without proper approval will not be refunded.
AutoShack.com is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer’s name, address and order number) on or in the box.
AutoShack.com will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, rental car expenses, or other additional costs for any reason.
Damaged products follow the same return process. Please indicate “Received Damaged Product” and include details. Please include your Order Number on all correspondence.

Outside Customer Service Hours:
Please note – orders placed outside of our customer service department hours cannot be cancelled as our customer service team is not available to cancel the order. Orders placed outside of Customer Service Hours are sent directly to our fulfilment center to be packaged and shipped.

During Contact Center Hours:
For the first 60 minutes after the order is placed, buyers can cancel their order by calling our customer service department at 1(866)990-3871. After 60 minutes your order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel it.
NOTE: You may be required to provide the VIN of the vehicle you ordered the parts for to validate a warranty claim or return authorization.
